03 - Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter beef bacon pieces evenly over the sprouts.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are golden brown and bacon is crisp.
05 - Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, sprinkle with lemon zest, and toss gently. Serve warm.
