# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups fresh kale leaves, stems removed
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 medium ripe banana
04 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

→ Liquids

05 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
06 - ½ cup cold water

→ Extras

07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
09 - 2–3 ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

01 - Place the kale, pineapple, banana, ginger, almond milk, and water into a high-speed blender.
02 - Add chia seeds, lemon juice, and ice cubes if using.
