01 - Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth and uniform.
03 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Take care not to overmix—small lumps are acceptable.
04 - Gently fold blueberries into the batter, being careful not to crush them.
05 - Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and brush lightly with melted butter.
06 - Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges appear set, about 2 to 3 minutes.
07 - Turn pancakes and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and completely cooked through.
08 - Continue with remaining batter, adding butter to the skillet as needed to prevent sticking.
