12 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry, then coat evenly with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
